Michael Monroe band: Dregen's joy of fatherhood and Ruisrock 2013

News

Confusion around Michael Monroe guitarist Dregen: After cancelling their planned gig at the "Eurosonic Noorderslag" in the Netherlands with the reason that "Mini Dregen is on his way to this world a bit earlier than planned and Papa Dregen has the most important job in the world, to welcome a mini version of him and show him his first moves" [Neon Lights reported: http://neon-lights.info/news/michael-monroe-band-guitarist-dregen-has-become-a-father], the birth of Dregen's son Sixten took place just now, almost one month after the cancellation of the festival gig.

Dregen on Tuesday:

Dregen

"My son Sixten was born yesterday 5:45pm. Me, my wife and Sixten are doing great after a long delivery. Don't believe the Swedish tabloids. It was a long and windy road but all three of us is doing great! Yay! Whadda trip! A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!"

The whole Neon Lights team says once again: "Congratulations!"

Furthermore, the Michael Monroe band has been confirmed for this year's line-up of the Ruisrock Festival in Åbo [in Finnish: Turku], Finland (5th - 7th July 2013). More information can be found on the festival page: http://www.ruisrock.fi/
