Swedish sleaze rockers Baby Jane have posted a short preview of their upcoming debut album "In The Spotlight". The CD, available for pre-order at babyjane.se, will be released on April 4th in their home country.
Baby Jane got their start in Gothenburg, Sweden back in 2007 with Freddie on vocals, Manx on bass, Matt on drums, and Mikey and Rikk on the guitars.
Almost 5 years after the band formed, Baby Jane will release their first studio album "In The Spotlight" - an album which is inspired by the journey that the band has made; with gigs in the nordic countries, Germany and Great Britain. With "In The Spotlight" the band wants to deliver the same feeling as they have been known for as a live act - happiness, wild energy and great songs!
Said vocalist Freddie, "Really soon we release our debut album and it feels like a new start - a new start from something that always has felt right. I love my boys and can't play with better musicians. Let's fuckin' do this - it's time for a riot."
"In The Spotlight" was recorded at Studio Haga and mixed by Christian Svedin. The disc follows their earlier EPs that were mixed by Chris Laney and Crashdïet's Martin Sweet.
